Welcome to TechSR Enterprise

Please read these terms carefully as they govern the use of our software, services, and support.

1. Comprehensive Annual Support Plan

Our support services for vira erp & Busy ERP Software are available on an annual plan basis. Specific details regarding your plan will be communicated to you via email for seamless coordination and uninterrupted service.

2. Responsibility for Data

We do not provide warranties or services related to your data. Ensuring data backup and security (both internal and external) is solely your responsibility.

3. Operating System and Networking Policy

TechSR Enterprise excludes responsibility for issues related to your operating system or networking software.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment (100%) is required upfront to proceed with the installation and activation of vira erp & Busy ERP Software.
• Once the payment is made, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

5. Training Policy

• Training sessions for vira erp & Busy ERP Software will be conducted offline at the registered installation address.
• A 3-day training session is included with the initial purchase. Additional training sessions are chargeable.

6. No Refunds or Returns

• Products once sold are non-returnable.
• No refunds will be provided after payment is received.
• We encourage customers to evaluate their business needs and consult our team before purchasing vira erp & Busy ERP Software.

7. No Alterations or Exchanges

Alterations or exchanges of vira erp & Busy ERP Software are not allowed after purchase and installation.

8. Technical Support for Issues

• Pre-existing software issues will be resolved within 2-7 working days.
• For new development-related issues, resolution timelines depend on the availability and priority of the development team.

9. Software Development Policy

All software development and updates for vira erp & Busy ERP Software are subject to the discretion of our development team.

10. Additional Services and Charges

• Data Entry, Data Migration, and Barcode Implementation: Charges apply as per requirements.
• Customized Bill Format: Initial customization is free (via email). Subsequent changes are chargeable.

11. Multi-Firm Support Policy

While vira erp & Busy ERP Software supports multiple firms, support is provided only for the licensed firm. Additional firm support starts at ₹3,000 per firm.

12. Extra Visits and Training Charges

• Extra Visits: ₹800 per hour.
• Extra Training: ₹1,500 for 2-5 hours.

13. Customization Charges

Customizations requested for vira erp & Busy ERP Software will be chargeable based on customer requirements.

14. Pricing Policy

TechSR Enterprise reserves the right to modify the pricing of vira erp & Busy ERP Software or its services at any time without prior notice.

15. Internet Connectivity Requirements

A stable internet connection is mandatory for accessing online support and software updates for vira erp & Busy ERP Software.

16. Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

17. Product Licensing Policy

The purchase of vira erp & Busy ERP Software grants you a license to use the software. Ownership rights remain with TechSR Enterprise.

18. Non-Cancellation of Orders

Once the purchase is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.

19. Access and Usage Policy

Once vira erp & Busy ERP Software is installed and activated, access to the software is provided as per the terms of your purchased license. Any changes in the license or usage terms, including moving to a different system or location, may require additional charges.

20. Installation Policy

vira erp & Busy ERP Software must be installed at the registered business location. Re-installation at a different location is chargeable.

21. Data Confidentiality

Your data and information shared during the installation and support process will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

22. Updates and Upgrades

• Updates to vira erp & Busy ERP Software will be provided as part of the annual support plan.
• Major upgrades may be chargeable.

23. Custom Bill Format

• One-time bill format customization is free.
• Any additional customization requests will incur charges.
